I've got A's for your Q's

I’m really busy - How much time will I need to spend to get results?

Girl Hustle will require you to spend about 1.5 hours watching videos and doing some initial education, plus 3-4 days of food tracking to start. I recommend working out 5 days/week for 30-45 minutes. I know you have a lot going on, AND that you can make healthy eating and movement a priority!  

Will I need a gym membership?

You’ll have access to exercise plans for at-home AND at the gym (you choose which option works for you!) The home workouts will require you to have a set of dumbbells, resistance loops, a jump rope, and optionally a yoga ball. The gym workouts are designed around standard equipment that can be found in any gym.  

What level of fitness do I need to be at?

I welcome beginner, intermediate, and advanced fitness levels in Girl Hustle! With that said, the workouts do require full mobility (no physical injuries). Always consult with your physician before beginning any kind of fitness or diet program.

I have special dietary requirements (vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, etc.) Will this work for me?

Since you’ll be learning simple macro-counting methods, you’ll be able to choose what foods you do and don’t eat! We have members who are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, paleo, and who have other dietary restrictions. You’ll learn how to fit the foods you love into your macro plan, which works for ANY eating style!  

How do I interact with Kristie?

You will have the opportunity to ask questions and get support directly from me and my coaching team inside the Members-Only Facebook group or email support.

How long is the membership commitment?

Girl Hustle is a lifetime membership! You can choose the one payment option or payment plan.  

Does this include customized meal plans?

I don’t want you to ever feel trapped by a meal plan, so I do NOT include done-for-you plans. You WILL learn simple meal planning methods that allow you to make progress while eating your favorite foods! I will include some sample meal plan examples for inspiration. If you would like a custom meal plan written by me, you can add it to your account for an additional cost.
