Your Questions

I’m really busy - How much time will I need to spend to get results?

Girl Hustle will require you to spend about 1.5 hours watching videos and doing some initial education, plus 3-4 days of food tracking to start. I recommend working out 5 days/week for 30-45 minutes. I know you have a lot going on, AND that you can make healthy eating and movement a priority!

What level of fitness do I need to be at to do this?

I welcome beginner, intermediate, and advanced fitness levels in Girl Hustle! With that said, the workouts do require full mobility (no physical injuries). Always consult with your physician before beginning any kind of fitness or diet program. 

Will I get 1:1 coaching and/or support from Kristie?

You will have the opportunity to ask questions and get support directly from me and my coaching team inside the Members-Only Facebook group. There is no one-on-one coaching or training included with Girl Hustle, but you’ll never feel alone in our incredible community!

Does this include done-for-me meal plans?

I don’t want you to ever feel trapped by a meal plan, so I do NOT include done-for-you plans. You WILL learn simple meal planning methods that allow you to make progress while eating your favorite foods! And I do include some sample meal plan examples for inspiration.

What kind of equipment do I need to do the workouts? Do I need a gym membership?

You’ll have access to exercise plans for at-home AND at the gym (you choose which option works for you!) The home workouts will require you to have a set of dumbbells, resistance loops, a jump rope, and optionally a yoga ball. The gym workouts are designed around standard equipment that can be found in any gym.

I have special dietary requirements (vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, etc.) Will this work for me?

Since you’ll be learning simple macro-counting methods, you’ll be able to choose what foods you do and don’t eat! We have members who are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, paleo, and who have other dietary restrictions. You’ll learn how to fit the foods you love into your macro plan, which works for ANY eating style!

How long is the membership commitment?
